The second-generation lightweight linear electric actuator is an electric actuator with integrated linear output. It is smaller in size and lighter in weight, and is mostly used for regulating valves. The structure of the output connection part of the actuator is flexible and adaptable.



Product Introduction


The body is hard aluminum alloy, anodized and polyester powder coating, strong corrosion resistance, protection grade is IP67, NEMA4 and 6, and IP68 is available for selection.


Using a fully enclosed cage motor, it has the characteristics of small size, large torque, and small inertial force. The insulation grade is H grade, and the built-in overheating protection switch can prevent damage to the motor.

Manual structure

The design of the handwheel is safe, reliable, labor-saving and small in size. When the power is off, press the clutch for manual operation. When energized, the clutch automatically resets.


It is used to control the temperature, prevent moisture condensation inside the actuator due to temperature and weather changes, and keep the internal electrical components dry.

Torque switch

It can provide overload protection, automatically disconnect the motor power when the valve jams with foreign matter, and more effectively protect the valve and electric actuator from damage. (It has been set before leaving the factory, please do not change the setting at will.)


The precision worm gear mechanism can efficiently transmit large torque, high efficiency, low noise (maximum 50 decibels), long life, self-locking function to prevent reverse rotation, and the transmission part is stable and reliable, and no need to refuel.

Valve position digital display

During the opening or closing process of the actuator, the change of the valve position is displayed in real time on the display in large numbers.
