Floating ball valve is suitable for various pipelines of Class150-Class900 and PN10-PN100, used for cutting off or connecting the fluid in the pipeline. Different valve materials are selected, which can be applied to different fluid.

Floating ball valve adopts elastic sealing ring structure design. When the medium pressure is small, the contact area between the sealing ring and the valve body is relatively small, and a larger seal is formed when the sealing ring and the valve body contact, ensuring a reliable seal. When the medium pressure is high, the contact area between the sealing ring and the valve body increases with the elastic deformation of the sealing ring, so the sealing ring can withstand a large medium thrust without being damaged.

The valve stem adopts the anti-blowing structure design, which can ensure that the valve stem will not be blown out by the medium under extreme conditions such as abnormal pressure rise in the valve cavity and failure of the packing pressure plate. The valve stem adopts a bottom-mounted structure design with an inverted seal. The sealing force of the inverted seal increases with the increase of the medium, which can ensure the reliable seal of the valve stem under various pressures.

The straight flow channel design and the inner diameter of the pipe are basically the same, so that the fluid pressure loss is minimized. The valve seat is sealed in various forms, such as soft seal and metal seal. The unique fire safety design meets the API607 standard.
